After his two years of studies and training at City & Guilds International he qualified with six diplomas in food and hospitality.
Chef Adriaan is the winner of the 2016 Young Chef of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Lowveld competition – which is a superb achievement!
After five years in the Bushveld Terrace kitchen, Chef Adriaan cannot do without his Santoku chef knife, plating tweezers and a simple spoon – which to him is the utensil that is most underrated!
