What makes our restaurant so unique?? Our culinary artist (some refer to him as the culinary sorcerer), Chef Adriaan Joubert is beyond passionate about getting creative in the kitchen and serving our guests something spectacular. Each and every dish from his à la carte menu is specifically picked and perfectly paired with ingredients so that each bite tantalises your every tastebud; whether you like it spicy, sweet, sour, tangy or maybe a mix of both, he has the dish you’ve been yearning for.
